Centerpiece Productions will provide comprehensive theme decor for your event in a cost effective fashion.  We don't compromise decor for dollars, we just have low overhead and pass that saving on to our client in a

We can respond quickly for small events of up to 250, however, we do need reasonable lead time for large events to keep our costs down. In either case we offer

Q:  How much do your centerpieces cost?

A:   Most of our stock custom centerpieces rent in the $50 to $85 range. -  some more, some less.  Personalization and customization add to the price.


Q:  How can you rent custom centerpieces for such a low cost?

A:   We recycle.  Our centerpieces are modular in design.  They consist of a basic structure with components that are interchangeable or can be custom created. 


Q:  Since you reuse components, don't some of them get damged with usage?

A:  Of course.  We remove any centerpiece elements that show wear and replace them. 


Q: You say rent.  Can I purchase centerpieces?

 A:  Yes.  Custom centerpieces are available for purchase.


Q:  How do you charge?

A:  For events, we charge a retainer of $500 to $1000 to hold the date.  Once paid a retainer there is no charge for protoype design.  50% of the balanceis due 6 weekspriortotheevent and remainder of balance is due and payable 10 days prior to the event. 

We also charge additionally for:  Site visits; Trucking and/or shipping and; Labor - Set Up and Break Down.

Q:  What if I just want to see a prototype prior to my event?
A:   No problem.  There is a separate design fee of $175.00.   Centerpiece productions retains ownership of design.


Q:  What if I just want a sign in book, one buffet piece or PartyLogo for the floor?

A:   50% is due upon order and the balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.     


Q:  Do you accept credit cards? 

A:  Currently we are in the process of setting up credit card processing and until we do we can accept payments through PAYPAL.
